New Years Resolution #1

The saying “New year new me” doesn’t apply to me. I don’t believe in New Year’s resolution, because I don't think it's necessary to wait for a specific time to change or do something for the better. The reason why I think this way is because I believe that you can change for the better or do something you’ve always wanted to do at any given time. Although if I had to list some of my New Year’s Resolution it would have to be to lose more weight. And by doing this I plan to eat healthier and cut out any unnecessary foods, like sweets and carbs. I also plan to exercise more often when I have the time. Another goal that I want to accomplish this year is to be a better reader. Since I have some hard time and I struggle with reading comprehension. To reach this goal I plan to read every night and to take notes when I come across things I don’t understand while reading. My last goal this year is to spend more time with my family and friends.
